Who's your favorite comedian?

Katt Williams is far and away the funniest out there IMO.

I haven't watched a lot of comedy since this past summer. I work Friday nights during football season...high school football, and I haven't been home much on Fridays lately, so I'm forgetting a lot of names right now.

The Blue Collar Comedy Tour...pure gold.

Extremely funny yet very underappreciated comic.... Richard Pryor. He can make a man pee his pants.

Also like Bill Cosby and Sam Kinison.

Gabriel comes to Denver a lot, and last time he was here we got to hang out with him (my friend Nick is a promoter) that guy is hilarious.

My personal favorite is Stephen Lynch:

Richard Pryor, absolutely. The first two or three Eddie Murphy albums (yes vinyl folks) those were funny too.

When Chappelle is working, he is my new favorite.

I did see a Katt Williams special on HBO, when he talked about Michael Jackson I was close to tears. He's a funny guy.

Richard Pryor is my favorite all-time comedian. His Live In Concert show is my favorite all-time stand up.

Today, Kat Williams hands down. Everytime something goes wrong at the job, I blame those damn insurgents.

Don Curry is another favorite, his delivery is hilarious.

Damon Wayans is underrated I think.

Brian Regan is an old favorite. I love his style of humor. He looks like he's about to cry after every joke.

Can't forget George Carlin.

I'm 50/50 with Dane Cook. Half of his jokes have me grabbing my stomach with laughter. The other half of his routines are the worst of the worst.

Robin Harris... man. What a loss. And Bernie Mack, who at first I considered a Robin Harris ripoff but I was W R O N G.

And then there's a long time favorite, Jeff Dunham. If you don't know the name, he's the one with the purple puppet.

Most aren't. Most male comedians aren't either. More males are funny than females though. There's a lot of discussion as to why. I think males tend to be funnier because 1000s of years of breading has put an emphasis on men being funny. Women like men who make them laugh so men who make women laugh have a better chance of breeding. When you extrapolate that over 1000 generations men become the funnier sex, on average. Though there are some damn funny ladies out there. I always like Kathleen Madigan.

On the bus heading home after a Frankie Boyle gig in Edinburgh.

He is so ******* funny, my body and face are sore from laughing so much

He's like a cross between Billy Connolly and Louis CK

Chappelle's new Netflix Special called "Sticks And Stones" was brilliant.

Just to clarify, that is what he said to a heckler tonight.

Growing up I was always a big fan of Steven Wright. Not sure if he's been mentioned yet. He's just got this dry delivery that kills me.

Which part? Some of that was literal. You'll need to be more specific. I was literally a fan. Still am I suppose. I'm literally unsure if he's been mentioned, but I suppose I could search. He literally does have a dry delivery, but I think the word "dry" there may be used figuratively?

Nor will I. You'll just have to wonder if I'm actually a human being typing on a keyboard or an undead digital Lazarus conjured by the comedic styling of Steven Wright.

I believe that you are a real ghost who died while watching YouTube clips of Steven Wright in your home study and you are locked in the purgatory of your home den to endlessly scroll the internet after your family chose not to redecorate the room after your death.

If I'm going to die watching clips on the internet, chances are it's going to be a bit more racy than youtube. But I like the premise.

Wouldn't slain be more accurate? Now I'm all kinds of confused. Also not sure who alexis texas is, will be sure to google it first thing monday morning at work.

Also, by this logic, shouldn't you be CC'ing comedy central?

In the last 6 months me and my oldest have went to see:

Russell Brand
Louis CK
Tom Segura
And tonight - Frankie Boyle

Tom segura was on another level, Louis and Russell were both excellent too
