Tebow's teammates respect Tim as a human being...he's great to have as a teammate and friend. In fact he's a great guy all around according to everyone and even the NFL Pundits all say they wouldn't mind they're daughters marrying Tim.

However, where Tim is in danger of the locker room losing faith in him will start with the WR's. It will begin when the WR's running precise crisp routes and Tebow doesn't/can't get them the ball either due to over thrown passes, passes ending in the dirt or the cardinal sin....Tebow doesn't put enough zip on the ball and floats passes over the middle and allows opposing defenders to knock the snot out of Bronco WR's.

The end result will be WR's pissed off at Tebow or WR's simply not running precise-crisp routes to get open due to a lack of trust in they're QB or fear of season ending-career ending injuries due to Tebow inaccurate-inconsistent throws. And we haven't talked about the frustrations from teammates should Tebow's errant passes results in multitudes of 3rd and outs and should the interceptions and failure to hit open WR's increase as well.

All of which spells doom for Tebow. The reality is Tebow's remaining 9 games as the starter could continue as a "Train-Wreck" every Sunday or "Making Sausage". There could be "Light At The of The Tunnel" with Tebow in 2011, but we don't if its due to improvement/progress, or an coming "Out of Control Train Wreck"

In the end if EFX want to put this QB nightmare and circus behind them they have no other choice but to start Tebow for the remainder of the season (short of injury) even if he's stinking up the joint and playing horrendously to silence the T2 fan base once and for all that T2 wasn't given enough time or accuse EFX that they set Tim up for failure.

Now of course the T2 fans will continue to come up with excuses in support in regardsTebow....its to be expected. However, Tebow will have had 11 games to prove that EFX not take serious considerations of drafting a QB with they're first pick in the 2012 draft.

In 2012, Tebow will have to prove he can beat out the number 1 drafted QB. To do this, Tebow will have to prove during the off season that he worked endlessly to improve his mechanics, fundamentals, 3-5-7 drop footwork, reading defenses, and making progression reads to his 2nd and 3rd receivers.

More than the likely the number 1 drafted QB will already be well versed fundamentally and excel with the 3-5-7 drop footwork, reading defenses, and making progression reads to his 2nd and 3rd receivers.

not sure why lack of faith in their QBs ability to get them the ball would result in the "WR's simply not running precise-crisp routes to get open due to a lack of trust in they're QB" but I do agree that his receivers (and coaches) will be the first to run out of patience with Tebow if his passing whoas continue
