Tim Tebow beat the clock Sunday in the Broncos' improbable, historic overtime win at Miami.

But no player, even one with the fervent following Tebow has, can beat time. How Tebow manages his time day to day, week to week, month to month is a big part of how he will develop as an NFL quarterback.

"The thing that will take time will be the reading of defenses and anticipating certain looks and situations," former Broncos quarterback Brian Griese said. "The game in the NFL is so much different than what you face in college. It's just going to take time for him to acclimate. That's something every young quarterback has to deal with, without exception, really."

Under 1 - Quicker Decisions

"My decision-making process can be better," Tebow said. "Teams disguise things better, bluff more and get in and out of things a lot faster than you see in college."

Quicker decisions is #1 to me. Not only will a lot of reps help, but just developing a rapport with his receivers too. Let's not forget that the oldest receiver on the roster is now Eddie Royal.... He's only practiced with DT for about two weeks now. It should improve as the year goes on.
