He posted a $50,000 bond and will appear in court on Oct. 28. The conditions of his arrest are unknown at this time.

The fact that he's actually playing at DT is merely a sign that the Broncos are horrible at DT, not that losing McBean is necessarily a bad thing. Well that totally blew up in their faces when he was hurt in training camp and never played a down for the Broncos for $4 million. :coffee:

Then part B of their "master plan" -- sign former first round Philly bust Bunkley. He's actually proven that he can tackle the runner -- and that he can't rush the passer, same as in Philly.

Plan "C" if it can be dignified with such a name, was to start Vickerson and Thomas. Well Thomas was hurt in training camp and only just returned and now Vickerson is out for the season. So, I guess losing McBean is par for the course.

Details of the incident are sealed. However, a law enforcement source tells FOX31 Denver that McBean had been dating the alleged victim until December 2010 when they broke up.

At some point during their relationship, McBean loaned her $500 and recently told her that he would forgive the loan in exchange for sex, the source said.
