Tampa Bay is higher? They can't even support the Rays who have become a perennial playoff team.

San Francisco over Denver? No way! Denver is a huge football town!

Colorado sports are in a slump ie BRONCOS, Buffs, Rams, Rockies, no NBA, and I have no idea about the hockey team.

Lucky to be that high on the list really.

All the major sports have been middle of the pack or worse. The Nuggs have been the only playoff team, unless you count soccer and lacrosse.

 Wow! University of Wyoming is ranked that high in a survey that is supposed to take win/loss record & attendance in to consideration.
