For all of Rodgers' ability, Green Bay's most valuable player is probably Ted Thompson, the general manager who assembled all that talent. The most overlooked question in Denver is whether the Broncos have a talent scout that good in their front office.

While it's still early, Xanders first draft class seems to be a good one. Three immediate starters. Still, we are devoid of talen and it'll take another three or four drafts similar to this years to rebuild this once proud franchise.
