We're in year 1 of a rebuilding campaign left in the wake of the Josh McDaniels disaster. If teams that have been rebuilding for a decade now weren't ahead of us a bit then I think John Fox, John Elway, and Xanders would all be in the lead for some sort of "XXXXX of the year" award.

True, they are better than us. But look how long it took them to get there. I hope we dont take near as long.
