Wesley Woodyard... he was very friendly. I asked him if he was starting and he said, "we got some things in store for them". I guess this meant him shifting to SS early in the game. Slowick is a tool, but at least they recognize who their best players are finally. Barrett and Woodyard need on the field. Too much talent, too much speed, only gonna get better.

WR's could not get open after the first quarter...

That is one thing I miss about Coyer...we might have stunk but at least he'd stack the box once in awhile. I remember that Eagles game when we did 4 straight. That was funny as hell.

Awesome thread Bill... Nice pictures. That's cool Woodyard is a good guy. He's quickly developing into one of my favorites, along with Royal and Hillis. It sucks they couldn't pull out the W, but at least you saw glimpses of decent football.

What were your thoughts on Steve Smith? I know it was painful to watch, but that had to be pretty impressive to see in person...

Steve Smith is a stud, but we all knew that anyway. The interesting aspect of watching him live was how good he was when his intial route was covered he would find the "soft" spot in zones to get open. He was pretty much uncoverable all day.
