Everything will get better when we get a good QB and or Offensive coordinator.

I seem to recall that he had a pretty good QB back then. Although, according to OR, he wasn't as good as Rich Gannon. I believe his 1st name was John, and his last name started with an "E." Isn't he an NFL executive now? That QB had a really Sharpe TE to throw to. I'm no fan of Dan Reeves, but I will acknowledge that he left Phillips with more tools then McD left Fox.

Add better o-line, d-line, MLB, and toss the pizza boy on his rump to that list.
