I'm going with 6-8 plays

Zero. I don't think we really have a package specially built for Tebow anymore. Now that we have a short yardage back, I don't think we'll use Tebow much in the redzone. The only way we see him is if Orton gets hurt.

I thought I heard somewhere in all that preseason yapping that they had a scripted package for him this year

They do but I am not so sure we are going to see it anymore now that tummy is not starting. I think we will wait until next year or mid season to catch teams by surprise .. like greenbay and new england

I have read differently on the Denver Post.

Me too. People at the camps constantly commented that they were running plays that were specifically designed for Tebow.

I think we see 3 plays with Tebow coming in.

Depends on how often were in the red zone..

I hope it's at the goal line and not one of those wildhorse plays in which everyone in the stadium knows that Tebow is going to run to the right for 2 yards and a cloud of dust. I hope they retired those plays forever.

I don't think Fox is a big fan of gimmicks.

I agree. I'm not a big fan of Tebow coming in on scripted running plays either because just about everyone knows what hes going to do. If it's something a bit more creative that would be better but otherwise leave the running to the backs.

Or of Tebow for that matter

I'd like to see Tebow come in as a TE and catch a TD pass from Orton.

None.

The only way is if the game is out of reach and they dont want to risk injury to Orton.

6 to 8 probably not. If he gets in at all it will only be for a couple of plays at most.

I take back what I said before. If we're really struggling in the redzone, we might see Tebow. I doubt he'll see any time, though.

I have no idea if they WILL use him,
in packaged plays designed for his skill set.

I will not be surprised either way.

I have no idea what to even expect from this team.

Honestly, I dont think any of us really KNOWS
what kind of football these guys will play..
1st game out of the gate....
Confidence? Jitters? Mistakes? Excellence?

No matter how they play now..
I would expect they will be BETTER several games down the road....

I think this first game will tell us a LOT about what we can begin to expect.

I PRAY we beat the Freakin' Horde!

I hope 0.

I think the only time we see him is if the starter get injured.

A fake wildhorse and Tebow throws for 30 yards to Llyod for TD

Elway said this morning that it would be silly not to have a Tebow package...paraphrasing, but that was the gist.

We might see him on some Tebow package plays. So, does Tim hold the ball for field goal attempts? If so we might see him more than we expect between pat and field goal tries.

I sure hope not...I never want to see those stupid "special packages" again.

Yeah I hated all those touchdowns Tebow scored in the red zone last season. Let's get rid of that crap!

No I'd love to see Tebow used as a goal line tailback. I just don't want to see him run for a 1 yard gain on 2nd and 9.

Someone on one of the ESPN sunday morning shows had the idea of putting TT as the upman on punts and holder for FG's and stuff like that, just to throw the idea of a fake out there constantly.
