And could only use players who have only been in the league last 4 years (including this year) who would you pick to be the players of your new franchise? To keep it simple just go with the starters. Obviously, if your someone who likes the 3-4 or 3 wide sets you can adjust your teams as such. For me:

Offense:

Qb- Jay Cutler
RB- Adrian Peterson
FB- Peyton Hillis
TE- Heath Miller
OT's- Joe Thomas, Ryan Clady
OG's- D'Brickashaw Ferguson, Elton Brown
C- Casey Wiegmann
WR- Brandon Marshall
WR- Calvin Johnson

Defense:

DE's- Chris Long, Mario Williams
DT's- Jonathan Babineaux, Jovan Haye
OLB's- DeMarcus Ware, Derrick Johnson
MLB- Patrick Willis
CB's- Cedric Griffin, Darrelle Revis
FS- Nick Collins
SS- Brandon Meriweather

Kicker- Mason Crosby
Punter- Brett Kern
Punt/Kickoff Return- Eddie Royal

And if we're going four years, aren't we going to have to wait until next year to choose Cutler for this list...2006, 2007, 2008...right?

He means four years or fewer, MB.

That's not that fun. There should be a rule that you can only have non first rounders or just at most four.
With only four first rounders, those would be Cutler, Calvin, Clady and Mario.
Though you could just as well switch Calvin with Willis.

My suggestion would be something like this. Hope I dont forget too many.
Cutler
Gore (he is in his fourth season right)
Hillis
Calvin and Marshall or Colston if I take Willis
Clady
Jahri Evans
Kuper(NOT a homer pick)
Eric Winston (but Harris is actually not a bad choice. Chose a true RT and not a LT though)
Turk Mcbride and Kedrick Golston/Marcus Harrison(bad anyways)
Mario Williams and Justin Tuck
Demeco Ryans or Willis
Lamarr Woodley SAM
Thomas Howar WILL
Cortland Finnegan/Eric Wright
Nick Collins FS
Kerry Rhodes SS (Tanard Jackson is also a good choice)
Mason Crosby (Ill be damn if not Prater also is a good choice)
Kern or Paulesco
With of course Hester at both KR and PR

And the strangest part is that I tried to do my best not to be a homer.
Says something of how good we drafted the last few years.

Im sure everyone's list will be different which is what im hoping. i didnt do it by design but somehow i still ended up with 4 UVA players.

Well the coolest part is that while trying not to be a homer, I still end up with great arguments for a lot of broncos players.
As I suspected, it was the damn swede Sundquist who ruined the drafts!

God, this is going to take me hours to do. It'd be interesting if we had limits to the number of first, second, third, etc. round picks. :D
