For the second time in three years, my kids' school donated the most food for the Broncos Wives food drive. Since they won, a Ring-of-Fame Bronco, a couple Broncos player's wives, Miles and two cheerleaders came to the school for a pep-rally. It was pretty cool!

The good news is with all that glare we can see Billy Thompson just fine.

I think "Lighting Enhancer" is a better term for it....

Since he got that INT last week, I cut him some slack.

Great stuff, thanks! Just wish I could see the pictures, can't see most pictures on this site for some reason. Guessing it's a firewall issue at work.

The Cheerleaders were pretty cool, but Billy Thompson was the most engaging, friendly "person of fame" I've ever met. He actually approached me and we talked for about 10-15 minutes.

I told him I was forced into being a Raider fan for Thursday. He set me straight by saying all we have to do is win. We don't need no stinkin' help from the Rayturds.

Why does everyone think my love for Mike Leach is of a romantic/sexual nature? He's underrated as a player and I've made it my personal mission to defend him because of it. That's all. :D

What is Bill Thompson up to? I'm guessing he is still better today than Calvin Lowry, and maybe he could suit up. The guy was a phenomenol safety and a scary good punt returner back when I was a kid. Good to hear he has still nursed a good healthy hate for the Faid 30+ years later!

He works for the Broncos in their PR department. Great guy.

He just about screwed the pooch on that one punt snap the other day. Would he have fallen out of favor had Kern not been able to handle it?

One mistake the entire year and you ask if he would fall out of favor? :tsk:

I was not pleased with him then. I also got about six different text messages about that play within a few minutes. But I stand by him. Everyone makes the occasional mistake. And he had a special teams tackle earlier in the game.
