Favre will give us some chances to get some Int's today (301 career interceptions doesn't happen on accident). Let's see if we can take advantage of them.

Could be a long day. Hopefully not though. We seem to play better on the road lately. Strange season so far when you have high expectations.

I had a dream the Broncos won this game 28-17. That seems like a pretty good sign, considering my dreams usually involve birds with candy bar heads. Isn't the weather pretty crappy in NY? That could play to our advantage..

EDIT: Best thing I've read to today that gives me hope, from the MATCHUPS section of NFL.com:

D
enver WR Brandon Marshall vs. Jets CB Darrelle Revis: Denver ranks third overall in passing, and the Jets rank 26th against the pass. Marshall has 67 catches this season; Revis has four INTs.

I just keep telling myself that we play better on the road then at home! Otherwise I have no clue about this game either. It been that kind of season.

Will Marshall catch more passes then he drops?

Will the Broncos throw a pass to the middle of the field?

When they do run all the receivers to the sidelines, will someone realize that it is a good idea to throw delays to Hillis in the middle?

So many question! So many doubts! I need a drink! :shots:

Everyone is over looking how bad the Jets pass d has been. Hell it's about as bad as ours, and I believe we have a higher rated passing O. The Jet's have only been seen as unbeatable for... Well actually, this is the first week. It's amazing what 2 games can do for the perception of a team.

I had a weird vision/dream last night, Cutler threw for 371 with 2 TD's, we won the game 39 - 14.

GO BRONCOS!!!!

I don't know why I really don't, but for some reason I feel we will contain their running game. I hope Champ can play. Even dispite the fact he is a HOFer I want to make Favre beat us through the air. IMO nothing is more disheartening then watching your D get gutted up the middle on the ground.

Considering the Jets have one of the worst passing defenses and the Broncos strength has been passing, we have the chance to rack up some yards and hopefully points. Now, the flip side is Brett and gang green will likely do the same, so if Jay is good Jay, I expect a shootout we can win. If bad Jay shows up, which has happened a fair amount from week four on, then our defense better come in fired up and ready to play.

If our defense don't come in fired up good Jay won't be able to win us the game. We will need exceptional Jay.

If our defense comes in fired up it will allow Cutler to play a bit more conservative and protect the ball. If are pass D got left on the bus, I hope conservative jay get's left with it. He will have to take chances for us to have any chance of winning if the D don't show up.

OK...

Will anyone play Safety this week? I don't mean start at Safety, but actually play the position.

Ah, pass rush...?

Will the still pick on Bly even though there is a rookie at the other corner?

So many questions...

Yes, winning the turnover battle will be huge, but the other important battle area is our receivers out muscling the DBs for receptions. In recent weeks, our receivers have either been dropping balls or not making the 'tough' catches that the great WR's make.

If we can keep a balanced attack we should be able to continue to move the ball on them. Favre will continue to give our guys chances down the field for the INT.

the hard part is done, now we just need to finish!!!

GO BRONCOS! keep it up for 30 more minutes and we will win this game!
