They can be quite disgusting at first, but get past day 3 and it is amazing he energy you have.

I watched an interesting documentary on Netflix. Big dudes, like 350-400 pounds. They both lost like 30 to 40 pounds in the first 30 days. They talked to their doctors about it first and made a plan. No, because my brain is so conditioned on white! When we go out to eat at a place that will have fish and chips, I bring my own small container of vinegar because they only ever have malt (many times I have asked them to check with the kitchen for me)!

All kinds. Breakfast juices with apples and kale. They juiced a lot of kale. If I remember correctly they were spending $25-$30 a day in fresh veggies and fruit. They were all depressed and cranky the first 2 days, then they had all kind of energy and were feeling great.

I use tartar sauce on breaded fish and a shit load of lime juice on grilled/pan seared fish. I am not a fan of vinegar.

Yes. I'm on a low protein diet because of hereditary kidney disease. I eat 100 grams of chicken or fish once a day. I am also allowed 4 slices of turkey breast a day. Everything else is fruits, veggies and nuts. Sweets are my weakness and I usually eat pork or beef once a month as a reward.

It's not that bad. I have taken a positive attitude towards living with a disease. There are people far worse off than I am. I ate too much red meat anyways.

She doesn't eat meat very much, but she's not vegan. She'll still eat cheeses, eggs, milk (lactose free).

Are you aware that there are levels of vegetarianism? Like some don't eat meat, some don't eat anything that comes from an animal at all.

Queso Chihuahua is cheese from the state of Chihuahua in Mexico. It's a milky cheese, very light yellow in color.

This is the brand I buy because it is the traditional, real deal stuff.
