I'm surprised more people have not commented on this - Knowshon busted butt during the off season to better himself. I definitely hope he makes it.

The title made me think Josina was working him out if you know what I mean.

I like Knowshon and I have little doubt he will light it up this year now that we have a coach that understands the importance of the run game.

Yeah, I was listening to 102.3 The Ticket on the interweb this morning and Nate was discussing baseball players ingesting deer antler spray because it has an undetectable growth hormone in it. And MLB players have been using it! I had never heard such a thing until then.

That looks like a helluva workout. I've always liked Knowshon, but between his injuries and McDaniels system I never felt he was given a fair shake. Can't wait to see him and our running game this year.

Cross Fit is a fothermucker. I've done it a few times and every single time I find myself telling people it's the best workout I've ever had. But if I can do Cross Fit and Knowshon is doing cross fit, I don't think he's doing enough. I'm the same size he is (5'11", 200 lbs) but I'm nowhere near as yoked or in anywhere near as good of shape as he is. He needs to do more IMO.

This is where the Tebow fans lose me. While I happen to like Tebow and want to see him start the whole season, I can't stand his following. They say stupid crap like this because they can't let go of SEC bias.
