Apparently he sold his home in Denver. Either he could be thinking of buying a new home & upgrading or he could be thinking of a move possibly to another state because of his job uncertainty.

I read somewhere that the house he was leasing was sold forcing him to move. Can't remember where or how credible the source. I think people are making a bigger deal out of this than it is. Not saying he won't be traded. If I was him I wouuldn't get into a long term lease in Denver right now.

someone posted this is in thread yesterday and as the article mentione he moved out of the home he was leasing. different from selling his home.
maybe he's just renting somewhere else.. or the owners are selling the home so he had to move..
but don't get me wrong -- I would be first in line to help him pack if he's on the way out of denver..

Here's to him buying a new house in Phoenix, Minnesota, Miami or anywhere but Denver.

But, he'll be selling that house in a couple of years also when that team realizes how mediocre he is and decides to replace him. One could probably make a fine living just following KO around the NFL buying and selling real estate by the time his career is over.

I hope he doesn't go to Minny. They are my 2nd team. Don't curse my team more than they already are Chaz!!

I want Orton out of here.

Orton will likely be giving Chris Chandler a run for most teams a qb played for in a career.

Chris Chandler played in the NFL for 17 years, he retired in 2005. He was with a record 8 teams in the NFL

1988-1989 Indianapolis Colts
1990-1991 Tampa Bay Buccaneers
1991-1993 Phoenix Cardinals
1994 Los Angeles Rams
1995-1996 Houston Oilers
1997-2001 Atlanta Falcons
2002-2003 Chicago Bears
2004 St. Louis Rams

LA Rams? Phoenix Cardinals? Wow you make me feel young lol. Did the LA Rams disband?

Champ sold his house as well. He's not going anywhere, so why does it matter?

I certainly hope the homeowners gave him proper notice, otherwise that's a real crappy thing to do to - to anybody. If he had plenty of notice and he didn't make preparations ahead of time, well that's his fault.

Nor, apparently, can he get any accurate reports about him . . .

I can't find anywhere that the home that he was leasing was sold.

While Orton has not been traded -- yet --, neighbors say he moved out of the house he was leasing in Denver which could mean one of two things.

I think it is somewhat strange that this report is coming from Arizona, and nothing yet reported from Denver.

Maybe he signed up for a Phoenix newspaper subscription to follow the classifieds and they put two and two together :D /wishful thinking

a house will sell faster if it is known that a starting Bronco qb once lived in it. Of course that might be different with Orton. People may avoid living in it just because Orton once lived there

You might, but I don't believe everybody harbors all that apparent hate . . .

LOL...Hate is a strong word. I dont hate orton, I just cant stand him being the QB of the Denver Broncos...I think there are many others who share the same sentiment, and you call them haters of course.

I am not a member of the Orton Manlove Society

Well, not moving into a house because a particular person once lived there
sounds kind of juvenile to me. That's all . . .

I don't know Top, I wouldn't buy a house once owned by John Wayne Gacy.

I saw it reported in a blog or something DPO article, it talked about all three DEN QB.

Tebow living in a rented house with his family, quinine something something did not pay attention and Orton having the house sold out from under him while he was renting or leasing do not remember which..

I would be nervous owning a home if I were a player in the NFL unless my name was Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, or Aaron Rodgers.

Why? If you paid median sales price in the Denver area you could part cash and still have at least 2/3 of last years salary left, IF you made league minimum.

I heard that Orton was destroying the house "At record pace, until a injury sidelined him"

I would sell that sucker too

I think it' s wise to find out a house's history before purchasing. Like what went on in there with previous owners and things like that. I wouldn't want to live in a house where there was a murder or suicide for example.

Maybe Tebow will buy Orton's home since he'll be here as the starter for the next 10 years!:D
