It's time again ladies and gentlemen. Our beloved Broncos will be hosted by the World Champion Colts. I think this is going to be a closer game than many people think. Relax and enjoy the game y'all.

I start work at 1 tomorrow instead of 4 so I will actually be at work for the entire game instead of driving in at halftime. Thats okay.

I am hoping for a weekend sweep of the big Colorado 3 for the weekend.

It started with CU today over the 22 point favorite Sooners. Rockies pounced on the D-backs tonight and will again tomorrow, and now to finish off the weekend it would be a nice cap with a win over the highly favored Colts.

Hey TX, I can hardly wait! And I agree that it could be much closer than people think. I don't see anything so special about their D that will prevent us from putting more points on the board than we've been doing lately. And this would be a great time for our defense to put something together, right? We need to pull off some old-time Shanny surprises (yeah, he's not the D coordinator, but you know what I mean).:salute:

I don't usually miss a game, but last week I was in Alamagordo, NM. And guess what?! NO Broncos coverage at all! I mean zip, nada... And I know there are quite a few Broncos fans fans in town, cuz I talked with this high school football team, in the parking lot of Applebees (don't eat there, btw). The featured Sunday game was Dallas vs. Chicago. What's up with that? Too close to Texas down there?

Speaking of that, I like the Cowboys this year. Wouldn't mind seein' them in the SB. Don't tell me that Dallas is not your top NFC fave?

i really hope javon is a go. shefner might have been helping the broncos ploy against the colts so they take us lightly saying that javon might miss. and if he plays the dbs might not double up on him because marshal can also have a huge game. it would be very interesting if he does.

dayum! i got butterflies and its a whole 4 1/2 hours before kickoff.

Well, I just benched Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison in one of the leagues I'm in; LOL, I'll could lose this matchup because of this move, but I really don't want to root for Manning and Harrison right now that they're up against the Broncos. :D

Get this, I replaced Peyton with brother Eli. Couldn't bench Peyton in my other league as his backup, Delhomme, is injured, but I would've started him if he weren't.

Looks like I will miss the first quarter of the Broncos game, due to this Faiders v Fins game being half an hour late to start because of thunder and lightning.

Argh, TD for the Faiders. These Fins are useless.

I'm not so sure about that, I know the Streamed NFL site's ceased, but there are other sites listing SOPCAST channels.

SOPCAST Channels: 22763/23459/27150..............not tried them yet though.

LOL, he also semi threw the defense under the buss. He said something about the offense being put in a position to have to score a TD on every possesion, which anyone that watched the second half knows wasn't even true. They just needed a TD in some of those possessions.

Anyway, he did go on to talk about how they offense needs to be able to run the ball and control the TOP.

I have the red zone channel on, but only half watching/listening. I have KOA Radio streaming listening to the pre-game interviews.

Also, for those that didn't know. Inactives are:

Walker
Lynch
Bell
Abdullah
Ryan Harris
Alexander
Sam Adam
Amon Gordon

That makes things interesting not only at receiver, but also at DT. Also, Crowder is active, so he might get some snaps at DE.

Not sure if Adams is hurt or if he is benched. He practiced all but Wednesday.

The Bills x Jets was pretty good. The rookie Trent Edwards had a great game, and it's highlighted by the fact that it's only his 2nd game, his first starting. Lots of poise in the pocket; nice, accurate throws. Real close game.

That was my biggest worry in this game. The fact that our big DT's wouldn't be able to shift on and off the field with Mannings ability to call a no huddle, and catch the defense off gaurd and force a penalty for to many men on the field.

I think it was a smart move, I just wonder how it will translate on gametime. I expect to see the DE's to be playing closer to the DT's this game instead of the usual spread Dline that we are used to seeing this year, which might effectt heir ability to create pressure around the edge with speed.

It doesnt matter what we do on offense when we look this lost on defense. Shoate looks utterly clueless out there. Why is Foxworth not at nickel or dime and have someone with more experience at safety. Safety is not his primary position. Cox/Abdullah would be better than Foxworth at safety and it would free up Foxworth to replace Shoate...or Paymah and then he can replace Shoate. If the Colts have clock to work with and can run pass, were in trouble. Dumervil needs a big second half and Rice needs to get more pressure. But probably most of all guys need to tackle. Its bad enough that Shoate misplays the ball carrier that bad but Ive seen Williams not wrap up several times.
