In other news, some NFL fans have found creative passtimes while waiting for a new CBA to be reached.

In other, other news, it is rumored that one of the main topics being debated in the secret league/player meetings is about shortening the field by 10%, but doing it secretly. The apparent motivation is by secretly changing it to only 9 yards needed for a first down and on a shorter field, that scoring will be up, which fans like.

News Alert: As part of the new CBA agreement the owners and the players have agreed that water is wet and the sky is blue.
I'd prefer Warren Moon. I think he could bring a lot of leadership to the table.

No way, I’m with hotcarl on this one. We need to quit wasting our time trying to find a QB of the future and bring in an overrated has-been who got his ring as the result of losing his starting job after he got injured.

Also, touchdowns will now be worth 1,000,000 points. Scoring will be at an all time high.

If they want to increase scoring play 7 on 7, scoring goes up and more money for the owners, less players to pay.

I'd prefer Warren Moon. I think he could bring a lot of leadership to the table. Not to mention that Warren Moon would fit in with all the other wife beaters and/or players injured by their abused significant others who are Broncos or former Broncos.;)

"in a related story roger goodell and demaurice smith are hard at work on a new 6 week schedule for the 2011 season,in which all 32 teams will play "triple headers" every wednesday.
and the superbowl teams will be decided by a coin flip at the probowl which will take place prior to the season !

Can we sign Bledsoe through 2112 or is that going to be against the hopefully forthcoming new CBA?

Have a sauce inside Dove Valley - he's a maintenance guy but overheard Xanders talking with the head scout in the billiards rooms. Looking at another super secret vet QB...can't name names, but i'll just say that he can Test-my-Verde any day.

I heard Joe Montana wants to come back for one more run and he wants to stick it to the chiefs with the team that gave him so much grief (us) and Vinnie Testaverde wants to be his backup.
Tebow will sit and learn from him as well as play every other position on the field in case Montana wants to just keep playing through his golden years.

I think this thread should be nominated for "Thread of the Year." It's defiantly given us a light hearted topic that everyone has had fun with during an otherwise dismal offseason.
Please, we need to stop naming names...Joe Ellis...he knows...he will find the sauces and he will do unspeakable things to them. Unspeakable :(

Also just head Jerry Rice said if Montana comes back for the Broncos he'll try and make the team again!
Rice+Montana+Tebow=SUPERBOWL!!

A comeback from Montana is dependent solely on him continuing to wear Stride Right shoes.

I always liked Bledsoe. He got a raw deal in New England.
