It's worth listening to. Talks some about what they are trying to do at the owners meeting this week.

Also, he said that one of the sticking points for small market teams is a change from the current 60% (of salary cap) floor to a 90% floor.

I've listened to snippet a couple of times. It sounds like idea is to come away from this set of meetings with a basic agreement

It also sounds like owners don't hold all the cards/have all the leverage on their side.

Well, I think they need a higher floor, just as long as they have a lower ceiling to coincide. But 90%? How's about 75-80%?
