There's speculation going around that Arizona is dangling a 4th round and a conditional 5th the following year for Orton, and Denver wants a conditional 3rd but Arizona doesn't want to give that.

I'd definitely like more than a 4th and a conditional 5th. I'd rather just identify one of their players and swap at that point.

Orton for Darnell Dockett straight up... BOOM! Pull the trigger...

The last thing I heard was that the Cardinals had Kolb as plan A and Orton in the event they don't land Kolb.

Philly wants a 1st for Kolb. Pretty high for the kid - I'd take Orton and give a 4th/5th or 4th/3rd in a heartbeat over a 1st+ for Kolb if I was AZ.

Hell, I'd give up Orton and a 3rd rounder for that.

AZ did watch him play in their yard last year right?

After that game I'm surprised they'd even entertain the idea.

No way Orton goes for a fourth. I don't really care where he lands, even if it's Denver, but they need better value than that.

I agree. A conditional third at the very least or he remains in Denver, even if it's riding the pine. He is a quality starter in this league.

Agreed, considering Skelton was the best QB on the field that day...
