Orton gives Broncos options

But, behind Kolb, Orton appears to be the most alluring, perhaps because, or in spite of, his general ranking from Nos. 18-22 as a starting quarterback. Since he has one year left on his contract at $8.5 million, teams consider Orton (A) serviceable until they develop a rookie, (B) a dependable upgrade, (C) a prolific passer who was with a lousy running game and a miserable defense, (D) a one-season bargain.
