32. Detroit (0-7) - Probably the ONE thing we can rely on this season is Detroit losing

31. Cincinnati (0-8) - Correction...make that two things.

30. Kansas City (1-6) - Could be three things if Denver had any defense at all

29. Seattle (2-5) - Overcame injuries to squeak one out

28. Oakland (2-5) - Gotta be glad they are in our division right now

27. San Francisco (2-6) - Coaching change not helping yet

26. St. Louis (2-5) - The streak had to end eventually

25. Houston (3-4) - Things looking up. Probably should be 5-2 if not for dumb mistakes

24. Cleveland (3-4) - I simply cannot figure this team out

23. Minnesota (3-4) - BYE week

22. Miami (3-4) - I'm officially scared of playing this team

21. NY Jets (4-3) - Beating KC makes up for the loss to the Raiders

20. Baltimore (4-3) - If you beat up on Oakland, is it worth mentioning?

19. Atlanta (4-3) - I'm still impressed with this team and Matt Ryan

18. Indianapolis (3-4) - This doesnt even look like the same Indy team

17. San Diego (3-5) - Trying REALLY hard to giftwrap the division title for Denver

16. Denver (4-3) - BYE week...they couldnt disappoint anyone

15. Dallas (5-3) - The defense showed up...againt Jeff Garcia

14. Jacksonville (3-4) - Bad loss to a mediocre team

13. Green Bay (4-3) - BYE week

12. Tampa Bay (5-3) - Blew an opportunity to keep pace with Carolina.

11. Arizona (4-3) - Gave up a little too soon against Carolina

10. New Orleans (4-4) - Big win, but this team has zero consistency

9. Buffalo (5-2) - Solid team that just hasnt learned how to win yet

8. Chicago (4-2) - BYE week

7. New England (5-2) - A high school team could win with their schedule

6. Philadelphia (4-3) - Brian Westbrook is a stud

5. Washington (6-2) - When Detroit is on your schedule, you have to feel good

4. Pittsburgh (5-2) - Eventually they'll learn they cant win when Ben has to throw 20+ passes

3. Carolina (6-2) - Survived the mighty Cardinals passing game.

2. NY Giants (6-1) - Took advantage of turnovers and did what they do.

1. Tennessee (7-0) - Beat a tough division rival and proved Collins can still throw the ball.

It's a shame. 1st place in the AFC West is only worth 16th place in the weekly power Rankings. :tsk:

My how the tide has turned.

nice.

I understand that tenn is undefeated, so naturally that would make them #1. But i think the giants are still the better team.

Great list, but aren't the Saints 4-4 now?

there is no way Denver should be ranked higher than baltimore, SD, Miami, Houston, Cleveland or Indy. Any of those teams would shred this pathetic excuse of a team to bits now. The Broncos have thrown in the towel on defense and nobody on that side of the ball even cares what the outcome of the game is.

I disagree. The Giants are a good team, they have an offense that is nigh on unstoppable when it is actually working, and a very good defense. However, the Titans have a great defense, and a running game that is always set to explode. The Titans very closely resemble the Ravens of 1999.
