But first i have some questions.....

1. Why do you hate me?

2. What could i do to make you hatred for somebody go away? That does not involve me going away......

3. Do you have a legitimate reason to hate me? for the people who are not freaks..........

While were on freaks.....I dont know what to say to you guys man....When i first got banned i thought we was making progress, Exspecially me and coachchaz who i just didnt like flatout...He was probably the only member i ever dislikes up untill my thread about emotional men. To be honest all you other freaks are just strange man. It was never anything personal like you guys are making it out to be. I mean here we are like a year later and you still hate a guy who has never disrespected you in any kinda personal way?

Tru indeed i started arguements galore because i believe im right when im probably wrong at times. But is that a real reason to hate some? Because they have a dominant personality and slam your football post sometimes? Since when was that a crime? Maybe thats not within forum rules but to carry out hate for over a year?


Looks people jwalk,jaycutty6,therecession,moneymayweather and whatever other user name i used apologizes for his role in effecting you guys lives in a negative way. Im sure my football post are wanted but the way they come out is not.....I could possibly tone it down if i practiced......

On another note id like to take the time to apologize to Tned and some of his mods for bashing the hell out of them over at the mane. I said i would have my sister who is a lawyer look at the situation. But i never truly had any intentions on suing the guy. So yes i said i would have her look at the situation because she is a lawyer./ But did i follow through with it? No i really didnt. Because in the end it was not that serious to be taking somebody to court over a forum. Tnbed later explained why he had to take it serious. Explained to me his situation back then so i understand now.

I also apologize to those posters who felt i some how was attacking them....Im assuming attacking means disagreeing VERY strong?

To be honest i just think all of this shit happened too long ago for people to still have hard feelings. If i dont have a problem with any of you after the things that has been said towards me and my family then you should not have a problem with me.

I guess the lesson you should learn is that no matter how the cards are dealt in life, feeling proud and grateful when you reach a better place sets an example for others that they wish to follow, especially the kids you help. Last night, I told him I figured the mods would ban him today. I expected him to be banned when I woke, but I haven't checked the mod discussion area -- as I was up until nearly 6:00 and therefore just got out of bed, I am sure there is discussion going on right now.

He is going to be rebanned, as he violated rules by once again creating a new account. He stated he was different, and therefore my suggestion to him was to post an apology for what he has done, the rules he has broken, the bashing on the Mane, etc., and try and convince people he has changed.

If he did that, and the mods and I felt the community wanted to give him another chance, then 'maybe' his ban would be changed from a perma-ban to some set period of time.

Since he keeps creating new accounts, getting banned, creating new accounts, getting banned, etc., and to be honest quite a few people questioned us or chastised us for banning his "casinoroyal" persona, I offered him some advice last night. I told him he WAS getting banned today, but since he kept coming back with new accounts, if he truly believed he was changed, then tell the community that and ask for another chance.

I won't make any comments on the content, sincerity, etc. of his post.

His perma-ban reinstatement was not in question. The only question is whether or not the community embraced giving him another chance, and then the mods would presumably consider the wishes of the members/community in deciding if the permaban should ever be changed to a set period of time.

Basically, I told him that since I don't do the bans anymore (the mods are in that role at the moment), that I was pretty sure he would be banned today. I asked him if there was any message that he wanted passed on to the mods, and there was, and I did.

I also told him that he owed the community an apology, and if there was any chance of the community ever forgiving him or embracing him returning, the first step was to apologize and see what happens. The worst thing that happens is that he would be banned and would remain banned (which was happening regardless), but that if he came off as sincere and changed, maybe the community, or a significant portion of it, would want to give him a second chance, which would give the mods something to think about.

Anyway, that pretty much sums it up I think.

Two seperate issues. He is automatically put back into his perma-banned status, because creating a second (third, fourth, fifth or whatever) account is grounds for suspension.

The only 'possible' issue would be whether or not the mods consider changing his perma-ban to a fixed length ban, at which point when it expired, he would be allowed to come back.

I will not discuss the mods position on this, I am only discussing procedurally what happened, and what 'could' happen.

Good football guy, but he gets under people's skin far too often. I see this going in two directions: give him another shot with the shortest leash possible and hope he contributes, or he will still be perma-banned and he will continue to create new accounts each month and we still have him hanging around.
