We didn't get shut out.

Cutler kept his TD streak alive.

Jack Williams got some playing time.

We sacked the QB some.

We have two weeks to forget this game.

That's all I've got so far.

We were able to define the word "pathetic".

Lousy effort, I put this one on the players.

I just thought of another positive: There is this place by campus that makes AMAZING crapes and for every 10 you buy, you get one free, and I bought by 10th one last night which means I am about to go get a free crape! :D

Holla!

I thought Jarvis Moss did ok on pass plays.

1. Moss had a good game. He was the only defender other than Champ, (and Dumerville on passing downs) who had a good game when they were in.

2. Nate Webster made a tackle behind the LOS. Of course, on the other 37 running plays he was out of position, but that's just Nate.

3. Eddie Royal and BMarsh had good games.

4. Pittman ran hard as always.

5. Ramsey played fine in his short time in the game.

6. We didn't get shut out.

Ramseys mechanics were very good.

Enver Broncos, personally, are a c**k tease. After watching the first 3 games, they get me all excited. Then the games I didn't watch where the defense doesn't show and the offense dropped off a bit, send me back down to a flaccid state. Great.

postives......ah ............we had under 6 turnovers. sheesh

Sammie Morris did not break the all time record rushing against us (he got hurt
and that is why things slowed down for him)

And we held Green-Ellis under 100 yards rushing. With an all-pro like Green-Ellis toting the rock, that's hard to do.

Yeah 65 friggin yards. Suck it Green-Ellis! You should have had over 200 you *****!

Let's see...we started out the year 3-0. That's positive. Maybe next year we can improve upon that. :-)

Eh...but then again...since that 3-0...we've gone...let me do the math here. Just a second. Yeah...that's it:

1 - 3....with our one win being against the Bucs at home...by a mere 3 points!

Hmmm....well...at least Cutler's arm is as strong as Elway's!

Green-Ellis was actually really good in college. I watched him play 3 times in person at Ole Miss and he was always very solid. I'm not surprised that he caught on somewhere in the NFL.

indirectly, yes. The positives were for individual efforts only.
1) There is a reason why Champ is considered one of the best cornerbacks. Nothing happened with Moss until he was out and Bly took over.
2) Royal back to old form minus his returns for ST
3) Prssure on QB. Finally! How long does it take to just bum rush a QB and hope for the best? Pats switched to a two step drop and slant or screen plays to keep our D from killing Cassel.

as for the original post, those were pretty weak. The only good thing about time off is we either have a chance for a new defense coordinator or figure out what we want to do to win games again. Waiting sucks for these guys if it is just status quo. On another note, Lynch wouldnt have been fooled by Morris like our new safety was in Lowry.

Relax.... Broncos are # 4 in AFC.

1. Titans 6-0
2. Steelers & Bills are tied 5-1
3. Patriots 4-2
4. Broncos 4-3

Again, would they go for 13-3 after bye week and get big revenge on Patriots in the playoff? Damn, I would feel sooo good if they do that!

Records aren't everything.

Jax (lost)
Indy (would still kill Denver)
NY Jets (Brett in NY coming. Way it is now could be a loss)
SD (Barely won)

Unless there is some MASSIVE improvement, no way.

If Miami beat Denver in two weeks with their crazy Offense and typical tough defense, I'd be very surprised, but in no way shocked at the way they look now.

with how BAD we played, massive improvement is still possible. remember week 1?

i'm really pissed now, but the season is far from over. it's still my belief that we are beating ourselves much more than other teams are beating us. fix it? somehow? hope...

Please my fellow Broncos fans, there were NO positives in the game. I always try to find A positive, but there was none. None at all. When you lose 41-7 to one of the not so good offenses in the league, SOMETHING is up. Even Jay Cutler is not playing well (see recent INT's).

I thought Jarvis Moss did ok on pass plays.

I specifically searched for this thread so I could post that I thought Moss had the best game of his career thus far, which is a very big positive moving forward.

Let's hope he can build on that.

Of course there are positives for one we're in first place and can afford to loose these patheticly played games, two there is a whole lot of season left, three we have a bye coming up, and four we still aren't the bengals or raiders.

We had more sacks in this game than we did in the previous 6 games. Thats a huge positive.

just read through this thread and fail to see any positives coming out of it other than Slowick is gone.. or if he is not mikey should be..
