MINNEAPOLIS — The NFL and its players opened a fourth day of court-ordered talks Wednesday as the lockout reached its 40th day with few signs of progress so far.

Commissioner Roger Goodell, Packers CEO Mark Murphy, Falcons President Rich McKay and owners Pat Bowlen of Denver, Jerry Jones from Dallas and Jerry Richardson from Carolina all declined comment. Players Ben Leber and Mike Vrabel were joined by Hall of Famer Carl Eller and attorneys for the talks in front of U.S. Magistrate Judge Arthur Boylan.

He has always been tall and thin. I was so surprised when I saw him in person a couple years ago. Then my dad tell me that he used to be a triathlete and long distance runner. He definitely has a runners build.

I don't buy the Bowlen health issues. The NFL would be quick to address the situation considering Bowlen chairs the TV contract committee and now is there for mediation. Call me crazy but I don't think they would allow Bowlen to work in that capacity for them if his mental health was truly an issue!

It also could be a ploy.....

Goodel-"FOX,NBC, ESPN,CBS...... give us MORE money or you have to sit for hours listening to Bowlen talk about animals he see's that aren't here"....
