Jaguars (2-3) at Broncos (4-1)
# The Jaguars lost a 26-21 heartbreaker on Monday night to the Steelers and are now 2-3. The last time Jacksonville started a season worse through five games was 2003 (1-4 record) in Jack Del Rio's first season as their head coach.
# The Jags have split six all-time meetings with the Broncos, each team winning three times. The teams met last season (also at Invesco Field) with Jacksonville taking home a 23-14 victory.
# With its 16-13 win over Tampa Bay in Week 5, the Broncos improved to 4-1 for the sixth time in the last seven seasons. Denver has missed the playoffs twice since 2002 when starting the season by winning four of its first five games (2002 and 2006).
# Including their three wins in 2008, the Broncos have won six straight home games overall. That said, each of the last four games played at Invesco Field were decided by three points or less (22-19 vs. Min, 39-38 vs. SD, 34-32 vs. NO and 16-13 vs. TB).
# Brandon Marshall (423 yards) and Eddie Royal (321 yards) are the AFC's top duo with 744 combined receiving yards in 2008. Royal was a bit limited last week with an ankle injury, but is expected to be better for this game. Week 5 marked the first time this season that neither of those two Bronco receivers had a touchdown catch.
# Jay Cutler is averaging 300.4 pass yards per game in 2008 (best in AFC). No Bronco QB in franchise history has ever gone a full season averaging over 300 yards per game (the best was John Elway in 1987 — 266.5).
# Marcedes Lewis caught David Garrard's third touchdown pass of the season on Monday night and now has 23 receptions and three TDs in his last 12 games. Lewis had 34 catches and just one TD in his first 24 games as a Jaguar.
# Jacksonville is one of three teams in the league yet to allowed any points off turnovers in 2008 (Miami and NY Giants are the others).

A few interesting stats I hadn't heard before. We've gone 4-1 twice and not made the playoffs? A sobering thought

that is a scary thought... i think we can take jax.. we lost to them at home last year... they cant beat us 2 times in a row at home... and with thier oline banged up.. we should take them easily
