Scheffler and Young Out

[Magnificent Seven]

On Wednesday Head Coach Mike Shanahan announced that Tony Scheffler and Selvin Young will be out against Jacksonville.

Scheffler and Young each suffered left groin strains in the Broncos 16-13 win over Tampa Bay on Sunday.

Eddie Royal, who suffered an ankle sprain against the Buccaneers, has been practicing and should be available on Sunday.

Shanahan said that Young has been able to practice with the team despite the injury.

According to Shanahan both Young and Scheffler should be ready for the team’s Monday Night Football game against New England in two weeks.

I hope they would start Pittman. It would be interesting to see Larsen and Pittman on the field. I am excited for them.
