Now that we have seen them for 3 weeks now and gotten a feel for the team, has your prediction changed?

Mine has...I have them now going 15-1 instead of 16-0. :first:

not really. every team has games where they give one to an inferior team, and we will probably get a couple back that we "shouldn't" have won, especially when this gelling that we all talk about occurs.

i am sticking with 11-5, though i hope you're right on sneakers!

i started with 9-7, and that still seems about right to me. . . the talent is there for us to be better than that once we really start to gel, but it could even be worse if the run efense doesn't show up soon. . . . :behindsofa:

I first predicted 12-4.

That "best case scenario" prediction has changed to 11-5. Most likely we will be 10-6.

I originally said 11-5 but based on how we've played and looking at our schedule, 8-8 or 9-7 seems more realistic.

i still stand by 11-5. i have stated that the 1st part of the shcedule is the toughest for us. if we come away with no less then 2 more losses out of the next 5 games which is possible (loss to pitts and ne) then we should be able to mop up the rest of the schedule and leave 2 buffer losses just in case.

then playoffs we go and the world is happy

mine was 7-9 now could be as low as 3-13.

Guess I'd rather have the 7-9 but getting a top 5 pick could be another LONG term fix @DT.

This last game has helped me to narrow it down to somewhere between 15-1 and 2-14.

Ok, here is what I posted in the original prediction thread:

http://broncosforums.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5060&highlight=wins#post5060

So, when you look at my swing games, I show that Denver could win two additional games if everything went well, but could also lose 5 more if all went poorly.

So, I am going with:
12-4 as most likely
14-2 as best possible
7-9 as worst possible

If you look at my best and worst possible being 7 to 14 wins, then the median or average (or whatever you mathematicians would tell me the right name is) would be 11, so I could go with 11-5, but will stick with 12-4.

While I still think 12-4 is possible, it is more unlikely. Jax wasn't one of my swing games or losses, so that would say that if the rest of my predictions are correct, the range is now:

11-5 as most likely
13-3 as best possible
6-10 as worst possible

Using the same logic as last time, I would now have to drop my prediction to 11-5. However, GB, Det and Houston are looking much stronger than anticipated (Det offensively, not overall).

So, I think 11-5 or 10-6 is the most likely, but if I have to choose one, I will go with 11-5.

Nope. I didnt think they would go undefeated so 1 loss means very little to me.

I never actually thought about their record until now.

Based on these first 3 games I would say 9-7 maybe 10-6. The funny thing is I think a 10-6 record wins our division this year...

I think 14-2 wins it.
Chargers wont lose another game. :elefant:
