He wasn't my first choice but I've warmed up to him being hired. Looking back he was probably the best choice we could have made.

Shanahan was awesom. People often complain not realizing he went .500 while turning over the roster.

When it was good it was great. But he finished one game over .500 @ Carolina. Alot has been said about the owner having too much say in personell matter. Fox stuck with Jake Delhomme way too long and failed to ever draft a replacement QB. When he gameplanned the team would be awesome, but the feeling I got alot was this is our system and we will run it and succeed. Or not. Never seemed able to change up @ halftime. If we had the lead he would simply sit on it. I have always liked the Bronco's good luck.
