Here is how I see this offseason shaking out and the structure I would like to see implemented
president – Donald Trump (this guy just gets the job done)
vice commander - john elway (this kid can flat out teach people to punt and pass)
head coach - steve watson
co-coach - tom cable (reports directly to trump)
defensive coach - cromeo (this kid has the licks to be a star)
offensive assistant - Rodney Harrison
draft manager - the mangenious
personnel changes:
offense:
tebow reports to elway
offensive line changes to be more of a plow
maroney and lendel split carries and be more forceful
hire peyton hillis
employ more scat back formations
defense:
fire stink martinfail
hire pouncey
change defense to be more attacking, like a 9-2
add more cornerbacks and make them wear less pads
add a "scat back" position
get draft picks made faster
re-organize the playbook to be more printer friendly

i must be the only person who thinks the "clever" nicknames for people you/we don't like are more tired than CBS sitcoms.

I like it except we need to add Dick Butkus, He would be a good QB coach.

Why would they need more CBs when they are going to operate a 9-2 defense?
Well, I guess they could be used to lead wind sprints and to run real fast and fetch a soda for Clady whenever he calls for it . . .

Eric Mangini - Head Coach Reports to Bowlen
Eric Studesville- Co Coach Reports to Elway

We could call them that.
It's just that some would be big, fat, slow CBs . . .

re-organize the playbook to be more printer friendly
Revolutionary.
Remember the Jets' field goal when we only had nine players on the field? The extra two players' positions were on page two which was left on the printer.
