I have a problem. I got screwed by both companies. I was wondering how to find an email address or address to where I could write a letter to both companies. I don't want it to goto some customer service person. I want it to goto someone that might actually be able to fix the problems that both companies have. Any help finding an address or email would be great. Thanks.

Good luck. If you did joint billing with two different companies, neither one will step up and try to fix your problems. They'll just keep referring you to the other.

The following link shows the elected officers for Direct tv, and at the bottom it has the following:

Executive Customer Care Contact

If you've contacted Customer Care and require additional clarification or support, contact Ellen Filipiak, Sr. VP of Customer Care.

When you click on her name, you can send an email.

Go to DirecTVs CEO's house in your Winnebago like Cousin Eddie.

BroncoJoe. You know exactly what I am talking about.

Other guys. Thanks. I'll try all of those options.

I don't even have ATT internet anymore because I moved and they don't offer it here. DirecTV posted a $199 fee on my bill which was a mistake. They corrected it but it won't show until January 26. So until I pay $195 (the remaining amount of my current bill[including the $199 fee]) my DirecTV will be shut off by ATT. In my opinion, it's truly messed up. Especially when I did nothing wrong. My only fault is not having an extra 200 bucks to spare just in case a multi-billion dollar company messes up.

Thanks again for those links. I called one of them and left a message and emailed another. I received a phone call in a little over an hour. I just now got off of the phone. Everything is fixed! I can watch TV! You guys are awesome.
