We could keep the same Mc Daneils offense in place since it is what Tebow already knows, and just bring in a good defensive coordinator like Marvin Lewis (who should be fired today most likely. ) What do you think?

This pouncey is a strict Guard though, and he is a beast. IMO we do not need him though. I could see STL taking him, or some team in the middles
