Here's a poll question I'd like you guys to answer:

Which would you prefer:
a. I'm pulling for the Broncos to play Orton and the vets; WIN ALL of their remaining games if possible; and maybe have an overall 7-9 record, and likely a mid first round draft pick, like say # 15-20 overall in 2011.

b. Of course I want the Broncos to be winners, but I'd just as soon them experiment a lot with Tebow and the youth for the rest of this season, don't worry too much about the record, and likely end up with a top 3 to 5 first round draft pick in 2011.

As for me, I choose b.

Sorry, my poll posting timed out; but please let me know what you think of the above options anyway.

Finishing 7-9 would be ideal in this situation we are in.

The future is unwritten.

Who says that by playing Orton and sticking to what we've
already done is our best chance to win?

The 3-9 record, in fact, tells us that Orton and the McD way is
NOT going to get us even one more win.... and by sticking to Orton
then this unique opportuntity to develop Tebow now is wasted.

What if playing Tebow would cause a big energy spark...
and despite rookie mistakes, he leads us to 2 victories at home?
Then we have game film on Tebow... a better record than 3 wins...
and still have a good top 7 draft position.

The future is unwritten...
but the past shows us that Orton is Ortonary and not a winner.

yeah, but still, what's the point? It would be nice but the season is gone. Don't get me wrong, I root for a win regardless, but wins at this time just aren't as appealing as they might be in other situations.
