I'm glad 2011 won't be a repeat of 2010 with the same cast, but we have a lot of steps to get right yet.

Hey.. right now, I don't care.

The BIGGEST step this tteam could take in making a move to get better, is getting that a-hole runt away from this team. That is the SINGLE best thing, this team has done in 2 years.

At least now, maybe, this fan base can move forward and everyone have discussions about the coach and TEAM without having past biases involving Shanahan.

From now on, its about the coach on staff. Because ANYTHING better than what we just had.
