Is biasly a word? Anyway thread title. Honestly homer aside what will marshalls numbers be this year? Including missed time for suspension.

He was awesome last year. He should be better this year. Especially with a healthy strong better Jay. A better line. A better schedule and familiarity with our system. Marshall said he wants to break all records this year.

But teams will know not to cover him 1 on 1. Its hard to replicate that many yards and yards after catch. We might run the ball more/better this year. Jay actually has a good wr now (royal,djax) to throw too besides brandon. He cut his arm up real bad and who knows if that can linger or come back if its hit hard.

With all that said, i think in 13 games this year (2 suspension 1 bye week missed) that he will go for 1200 yards and 15 tds with about 93 catches.

Marshall's salvation will be Fast Eddie, Stokely, and Jackson/Scheffler, with
the backs coming out of the backfield. The Broncos aren't a one-man show,
as they were too often last year.

Yes, the defenses will be watching BMarsh closely, but they will find very
quickly that Cutler has learned a great deal about checking off receivers
and that, with one little defensive mistake, Fast Eddie or Scheffler will be
toting the ball into the end zone.

I think Bmarsh will get his 100 receptions, suspension notwithstanding.

I agree with the majority. 92 cathes, 1279 yards, 11 tds. add 1 td rushing. Remember, Jay will distribute more this season, and teams will be draping Brandon with DB's daring our 'young' QB to go somewhere else.

Averaging 5-7 catches per game at 13-15 average per reception for 14 games would put him in the range between 910 on the low end and upwards of 1470 on the high end. In reality he's likely to finish somewhere in between, but even the low end is pretty good production.

90 catches for average of just under 14 per would put him at 1250 yards in 14 games. Having drafted him in the sixth round of and eight team live draft last night I'm hoping for a little higher than that but 1250 in 14 games is approaching Pro Bowl level depending on how many TDs he adds to that tally. I'd accept 10 happily, but in this offense 15 or so is doable.

Realistic: 1250 yards, 10 TDs

Fantasy: 1500 yards, 15 TDs

I took him with the 6th pick in the 4th rd of my 10 team league. People were like whoa, thats a bit early. I was like so freaking what. He is going to out produce any player that you take in the 4th 5th or 6th rd combined.

Had i waited until my 5th rd pick i was told by another guy he was oging to take him with the 1st pick inrd 5.

Yeah, I really want Marshall. I plan on taking Marshall in the 4th and hopefully I can get Cutler and Sheff in like the 5th and 7th rounds...and then Hall late in like the 13th/14th. I have a friend who started a fantasy league that has teams only. So you draft players from like 2-3 teams. SO cutler,marhsall,royal,djax,young,hall,grahm,sheff, d,prater and then your other team would be like schaub,andre johnson,wr,wr,owendaniels, etc etc.

that would be cool to be in i think.

Marshall will have a lot of BIG plays with a lot of YAC...We will utilize his height and strength in the RZone, and he will have close to 15 TD's....Not too many receptions on the count of his suspension....but he will shine once again..If he can keep his head out of his ass.

Im guessing that he can average roughly 100 ypg and 6 rpg for the 14 weeks he plays. Which brings my estimate to 1200yds and 80-90 receptions with 10+ TD. Honestly, who can stop him???
