Bingo. This bad start is entirely on AJ Smith. He pissed off too many players in that organization and has adversely affected his coach's ability to lead. Seriously. How is a coach supposed to say "Play your ass off. You'll be rewarded" when Vincent Jackson(arguably) and McNeil(definitely) got screwed?
