Pretty much what I expected. It's nice to see that Harris and Clady are winning the starting jobs. Hillis is still listed as the 2nd FB which says alot pending his injury. I think the coaches are pretty high on Hillis and it will be good to see what He can do in these next couple of games. Royal is 3rd but might edge out Jackson by the 1st regular season game. He is listed as the starter for both KR and PR duties.

The biggest surprise to me is that Woodyard is still 3rd string.

i just noticed that. he has been playing at a pretty high level and to still be 3rd is crazy to me.

he is making a lot of tackles for sure but that does not always mean he was in the right place at the right time..

I'm guessing that since Woodyard was a converted safety in college he is still learning the position.. Lets hope he makes it to the PS..

I'm kind of surprised to see foxworthless as back up to Champ and not Williams..

Is this even changed at all from the last one? Isn't Royal #2?

Looks like Pittman may get cut? Or is that even likely with Anthony Aldridge hurt? I havent heard much about the status of Aldridge.

Alridge is really impressing. Hes stuck behind a guy with a blown out elbow.

The New York Post suggests that Reuben Droughns is unlikely to make the Giants' 53-man roster.

The Jints paid Droughns a $250,000 bonus in March, but he's barely carried the ball this preseason. He blocked a punt against Cleveland Monday to help his chances, but Danny Ware's play could make Droughns expendable.

interesting news..droughns ran hard for us, and IMO would be better than Pittman for goaline and short yardage situation. plus he'll come cheap.

Pass. I don't want a good young back losing his spot to bring in Droughns.

i think he means cut pittman and bring in droughns, which would be a good choice.

also jmfw seems to be better that foxy and paymah. a little too early but after 3 years you would think foxy would have at least stepped up to make a push to be a starter. jmfw has a high motor like dwill did and shows passion....something we lack sometimes on defense.

So has anything changed? This appears to be the same depth chart that was initially released.

And it still lists Abdullah as the starter at SS.

My point is that we were probably going to cut Pittman anyway, which means if we were going to bring in RD, we'd still have to cut someone else.
