Wow! I am impressed with Denard Robinson's performance against Notre Dame!

Making History: Denard Robinson finishesd with 258 rushing yards in the game against Notre Dame (152 of which came in the second quarter). The 258 yards is the fifth-highest rushing total in school history. The last Wolverine to top 200 yards on the ground was Mike Hart with 215 on Oct. 6, 2007 vs. Eastern Michigan.

Robinson also had an 87-yard TD run and finished with 502 total yards offense, easily eclipsing the Michigan quarterback record he set against UConn (383) a week earlier. He carried 28 times for 258 yards...also a Michigan quarterback mark, and two touchdowns while passing for another 244 with a TD. He completed 24 of 40 passes.

I watched him last week against Conn and he was impressive. Didn't watch the Mich/ND game!

tough loss for ND, but to give up 502 yards to one guy, and only lose 28-24, I'm very encouraged of what's to come for ND in the future.

with that kind of yardage, it should have been 52-24.

helluva performance by Robinson, he was unstoppable today. wish we hadn't scored on that hail mary to Rudolph, so fast and had been able to kill some clock and not give michigan any time to march down the field.

this game will go down as one of the greats in Michigan/ND rivalry history.

I didn't see the game and don't know the MI playes. Are you saying that Robinson is a qb and he ran for that many yards?

that was going to be my next question.

dang on those numbers. I think it's safe to say he won't be a good NFL qb

Cordell, Vick, Young, and maybe Tim Tebow (although Vick and Young aren't necessarily "bad" or busts)

I only caught the last 3 or so minutes of this game. If he put up that kind of yardage on the ground he will probably make a better RB than QB.

Could be better than Kordell Stewart? He is only sophomore.

If your last name is Robinson, likely you were a stud today on the gridiron. (Iowa running back, BAMA running back, and MI QB

bama is richardson actually. (that guy is unreal. just get the ball in his hands)

I would be more impressed if her ran like that and didn't give me the feeling he doesn't grasp being a QB yet. Imagine if he ran like that but had a feel for the position like Manning or Orton (I might not be the biggest Orton fan there is but he has a great feel for the game IMO)
