I think the September 14th game vs SD will be huge in determining how the rest of the year goes for Denver.

The Chargers are good, yeah. They have the most talent in the league, except one problem. Phillip is no good. Most experts believe if they would have kept Drew Brees they would have won the superbowl by now. Brees is a top 5 QB. Rivers would be lucky to be ranked in the top 15, and he has LT to hand to 3/4 of the time. I'm not shook, Denver will break both of Rivers legs this season!

Thanks for the sentiment, but I'm not buying it. The Broncos are a good team and have always played the Chargers tough. I think what has really driven this to a new level for the fans and players alike is the Bolts recent success along with Rivers and his propensity to talk.

The Bolts also have a good team and have high expectations this year. Making it to the AFCCG last year with a new coaching staff helped solidify their confidence and should carryover nicely this year. Although most everyone outside of San Diego really dislikes Rivers, he has done exactly what is expected of him. He has a 27-9 overall record as a starter and earned a bunch of respect playing on the bad knee in NE.

We could debate and over-analyze the teams to death, but in the end, they both have to line up and play. It will go by way too quickly, we will smack each other around, and we will always want more.

Good luck this year, I hope the games are competitive, clean, and injury free. Later.

nope. This wasn't that game...it was sunny and fairly warm...it was a couple of years ago. WHen H and I attended...Ludo and BCJ were there also.

LOL thanks for telling me you weren't even there. I was. Our section was alll Charger fans and we watched your heartless fans turn Invesco into a ghost town 3 minutes into the third quarter. It was one of the saddest displays I've witnessed, particularly by such a vocally "loyal" fanbase. Evidently no one there that day was "believing in the Broncos".

I'll make the trip again this year to make it three straight years I've been there to watch the Bolts thump you mercilessly. But really, no self-respecting Denver fan should bring up last year's debacle. You guys were scurrying for exits like cockroaches running from the light before it was even fourth quarter.

But it was thousands of Pitt fans in our home in the AFC Champ game SMH, Bronco fans bood and kicked the Broncos down last year when they were losing during the games SMH<< Way to encouraged your team!! And Broncos fans left the game in the 3rd quarter last year during a SD blow out i believe. I was watching that game and seeing about 1500 fans in a what 80k seat stadium? Lol talk about pathetic. There might have been a big swell so everyone bailed to go surf:rolleyes: I've been to every home game for what, 6 seasons now, and other seasons past, including 00-01 (OUCH) but even in blowout wins we stick around as much as any other fan. Even against Detroit last year, a bigger blowout even than we handed you, not too many folks bailed early, and THAT was a boring game.

We are gunna be 18 deep. hit up the street scene saturday nite and then tailgate early sunday morning. Got a big big tailgate set up. The Chargers moving outside the county of SD isn't out of the relm of possibility. I mean if Chula Vista falls through then there isn't any city within the county that is interested. The Chargers can opt out of the agreement with Qualcomm Stadium in January.
