Here's a link: http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/Source-Broncos-signing-Worrell-Williams-DJ-Williams-brother.html

The Denver Broncos are in the process of signing free agent linebacker Worrell Williams, standout linebacker D.J. Williams' brother, according to an NFL source with knowledge of the situation.

Worrell Williams is a 6-foot, 250-pound former California Redwoods player who was an honorable-mention All-Pac-10 selection at the University of California as a senior.

He went undrafted last year out of Cal-Berkeley and tried out for the San Francisco 49ers, but wasn't signed.

Williams finished his career with 246 tackles, ranking 11th on Cal's all-time list.

word! he's a guy i wouldn't have minded drafting. . . he's not as athletic as DJ, but he might be more instinctive. . . he's fairly stout, and was a tackling machine at cal IIRC-- and given the hideous tackling our backup defenders showed sunday, we could probably really use that. . .

good pick up. . .

agreed this was a pretty good broncos night.

Tebow must have gotten a tebow (if yall remember what that means) and blessed the rest of the team in his greatness...kyle,worrell, even hunter.

good late free agent signings lately, we clearly need more depth at lb while dj is hurt, i like the hunter signing more though.

Alot of folks around here liked him entering the draft. Hopefully he can stick around and contribute. Our LB depth or the lack there of IMO scares me.

He was very good ILB during college. I don't know if he physical enough to be starter in the NFL.

Watched alot of this guy in college.
What i would be satisfied with from Worrell is being a standout on STs and making a name for himself there.
Barrett is gone, and DEN needs some butt kicking, high intensity players that will fly around on STs and make some damn plays.
Then i would hope that Worrell would watch Wesley Woodyard to see how undersized LBs can play in this league.
That would be a great start to me.
