Thought I'd start a dynasty thread.

I didn't draft this team originally. I took it over from a lame duck owner and have made it my own. I think there are only like 4 original picks from when I took the team over. I've had it for 4 years now.
Anyway, we have a 31 player roster. After the season we drop down to 26. Late in May we do a 5 round rookie, FA draft to get back to 31. At the end of each month you can drop guys and pick up FA's during the offseason.

During the season you can drop and pick guys up to solidify your team. There are roster requirements. You have to have at least two of everything by the end of the rookie FA draft.
Your team is your team forever. It's like being an owner GM. Draft picks, trades, FA moves can all be done.
Each week you play:
1 QB
2-3 RB's
2-3 WR's
1 TE
1 K
1 DL
1 LB
1 DB

It's a 12 team league so the player pool gets pretty thin.
The key is to have solid vets and keep your team young at the same time.
I think I'm sitting good at all positions except for QB. If Shaub or Campbell can be solid for me this year, I think I have a chance to win it all.

This is my team:

I made some trades and had a pretty good draft this year.
I took Torain at 1-7, I know, a little early but I'm sitting good at RB and could afford to take the chance. Not only that but I also have Young, so I should have the Broncos RB sitch taken care of no matter who starts.
I also drafted some quality young WR's in Sweed, Kelly and Doucet and solidified the QB position by drafting Matt Ryan at the 1-10 spot.

When I throw my starting line up out there for week one, it should look like this:

Shaub

Addia
Gore
Portis

S. Smith
Fitz
Marshall

Elam

Crumpler

Tuck

Harrison

Jones

shaub is overated...maybe look for a better qb....not unless you plan on taking shaub in the 6th or 7th then that would be ok. your stacked at wr and i like addai and portis next year...gore could really explode after having an off year. overall it looks great though...hope it pans out that way for you.

I agree. QB is definitely your weak spot. You definitely have a nice WR corps (especially if Doucet pans out like the other AZ players), so they could be bait if Schaub goes lame duck.

I know, QB is my weak spot. That is why I drafted Ryan. I hope Shaub and Campbell can pan out til Ryan comes arounf.

QB's are tough to come by when there are 12 teams and everyone is at least two-three deep.

I'm not going to trade any WR's or RB's cuz they are even tougher to come by in a deep league. So.......... I hope Ryan pans out and the other two came get me through til that happens.
