I wouldn't call them overrated, per se. There are always high expectations for them before the season because they do have a lot of talent, and of course Steve Smith. They just haven't lived up to those expectations... Overhyped, yeah, but overrated I disagree.

There were three points from winning a Super Bowl and if it wasn't for injuries they could of very well corrected that. They don't suck, they just had some bad luck.

Steve Smith is great but thats about where it ends for me when it comes to the Panthers.
