22. Marcus Thomas, (http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/players/playerpage/12762) DT, Denver Broncos: Thomas played well as a rookie in 2007. Watch what he does this year. He will show off the talent that would have made him a first-round pick, were it not for off-the-field issues before the draft. He has Warren Sapp-like quickness.

Well, this dont make him a probowler, but its nice to know that someone else has noticed him. The fact that hes getting mentioned is sweet enough..........even at 22.

This isnt the first news source Ive seen that said he played well last year as a rookie................................:coffee:

He showed last year that he was a steal. Now that he has a year under his belt, he should be a beast.

I just hope he stays away from those "friends" of his.

Hopefully he doesn't have Brandon Marshall syndrome.

Does the absence of Dumervil, Marshall and Cutler mean they've "made it"?

I honestly don't believe that Marcus Thomas is a bad guy (anymore). I really think he's learnt his lesson and is trying to stay clean. He doesn't seem to have that same "me me me" attitude as a guy like BMarsh/Travis. He's become a more humble guy overall since his troubles. I really hope he can continue this and be a good player for this Franchise.

In an interview, Sam Adams said Marcus Thomas had to learn that he can't win all the battles. Can't remember where I got that from, but that's pretty good to hear. That means he tries to win all of them.
