Is anyone in Chitown area? Got a local music ?

Hey I am trying to find out if there is any decent live Rock, Metal, Rock Alternitive bands in the area to go see this Friday. I know the Denver scene pritty good but am completely out of the Chitown scene. Please help!!

Or maybe even a bar with live music. You know like Trailor Park Saloon in Aurora CO or something anything?!!!!

When Downtown Iowa City has been cleaned up, you can drive the 4 hours this way and be able to see a ton of local bands. Or, you can come up to Cedar Rapids at the end of August and come to "Floodstock 08". A bunch of local groups are putting on a 3 day concert to raise money for flood victims and cleanup.
