I became convinced of this when the Bucks were up 3 to 2 in the Eastern Conf Finals about 10 years ago, and 76ers won both games in Milwaukee to go on to Finals....the refs calls were terrible.

No, I don't think its "rigged" but they definitely help out their stars, and do some things that are under the table, imo.

Did anyone see the 76ers get robbed by the refs versus the Cavs this year... it is obvious the NBA is rigged! Those poor sixers and those poor fans :tsk::D

Im not sure what meaning people assign to the word "rigged" but Im equating manipulating games/outcomes with being "rigged".

The NBA is not "rigged", but some of the refs are terrible and they either get caught up in the moment or just favor certain teams in certain games for some reasons. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there are other refs into gambling, though.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the NBA was telling the refs how to call games. not surprised one bit.

pun intended. I can't stand the NBA. I think it has always been horribly officiated and david Stern is a slime-ball with absolutely no honor or integrity. I think the man would sell his soul to get a winning team back in NYC! In fact I think Stern should be facing prison time right along side Donagehy!

I don't watch th NBA and never will again

Yes it is rigged. As a shallow Mavs fan (at best), their series against the Heat during the finals was probably the most blatantly biased officiating I've ever seen in a professional sports series.
