How bout naming it "Gridiron Grill".

I say we call it " Tom Jacksons Flap jack house" Or "Shannon Sharpe's Chicken and waffles mother ******".
Could go with Stinkin good Kitchen, but Schlereth might get pissed off.

Or it could be the Denver Diner and we could eat Raider Ribs, Charger Chicken, and the Chef's Special Soup.
