also I give Philly credit for a good series. I dont liek them but they play with heart and are very well coached.

What did I tell you Weazel. I had faith the whole playoff.

I watched them all season long and they were very consistent.

They remind me of my 05-06 Canes, who won 52 games and were reslient.

This Hawks team is better but that team was fun when Brindy was still good, Stillman excellent and Staal had his breakout year.

Also Ward saved them in the playoffs after Gerber had a good reg season.

I will be getting my Hawks Stanley Cup Champion t shirt and dvd at some point.

I just wish that Pat Foley could have been involed in some of the calls as I lhave always liked him since I was a kid. :salute:

well they shit the bed a few games in the playoffs and barely got out of the 1st round. It was definitely interesting. Guess I have to order some championship stuff from the website now!

once they got past Nashville, they were never threatened the rest of the playoffs. They smoked a really good SJ team and a good
Van team that was on fire at the end of the year.

be proud Weazel:salute: I hope my Canes get back there at some point again. I Loved that run, just as I loved this run for the Hawks. I remember all the Pat Foley called games from Sportschannel from when I was a kid
