"Wink" not a 3-4 Specialist -- Whatever That Means, and the Story Behind It
by Jeremy Bolander on May 17, 2010 7:30 PM MDT in 2010 Offseason 126 comments

New Defensive Coordinator Don Martindale may be a harbinger of aggressive, 1-gap things to come.

Lost in your regularly scheduled blatheringon NFLN yesterday was a terrific opportunity to talk about something significant happening to the Denver Bronco defense.

And no, I'm not talking about the revelation that Don Martindale isn't a "3-4 specialist," whatever that means......

It will be interesting to see how the defense looks this year. 3-4, 4-3, 5-2 whatever...as long as it works it's all good.

"The Dolphins sent the Broncos a written request to interview Nolan. McDaniels approached Nolan with the request and, in a nutshell, asked him if he’d rather be in Miami or Denver. Nolan said he would like to interview with the Dolphins. McDaniels then granted Nolan permission and wished him well."

This is not a shot at you Tned, but most of the articles posted on MHR are from other sources - i.e. Denver Post, NFL, etc. Why do they feel it is ok to copy/paste those articles on their site, from another site, but it is not ok for someone to go to their site and copy/paste something on another site, which they did the same thing with?

Ravage!!!

Great question. Of course the answer has to do with getting more traffic to their site, but it is ironic that these aren't articles written by MHR staff, themselves.

Makes no difference who writes their stuff. If they want us to NOT paste the entire article we should not do it.
Pretty simple trying to be courteious to other sites.

But then.

Some folks will not go there because of the policy, seems pretty childish to me. OMG they get paid for hit because it has adds on it.

Same thing applies here.sounds like those same folks should not come here either.

I guess we could find where they snatched the article from and link to that page instead. :salute:
