NFL.com video with Rod Woodson, Warren Sapp, and Micheal Lombardi dissecting Tim Tebows motion, what they think he should change, and how his motion will effect defensive decisions regarding all of Tebows play. Interesting watch and I think a far better look at what you would want Tebow to adjust then a lot of the pre-draft hoopla.
