depends on who we get with the other pick....if neither makes it through camp we just threw away a 5th next year:confused:
and we could have got dickerson who was rated at 3rd rnd by some? oh well i'm happy with the draft and these 2 picks likely won't make any difference other than the ps for a year or 2

Probably would have made it through to UFDA. No reason to waste a 5th.

I was hoping McD would have given Tridon Holliday a chance! He goes down on first contact but if he can get through the seams and into open field...see ya no one will catch him and the little guy is hard to spot which makes him more elusive. I'll be interested to see if he can make the Texans and if so how he does!!

I just read where the Texans picked him up in the 6th, so McD had no chance in the 7th!

No reason to sit here and think "probably" when you can grab 2 players you feel like can make your 53 man roster. You have them rated good on your board - a 5th next year for 2 7th's... I don't see the big deal other than people being overly critical.

Except the fact that he does it over and over again, which shows that he doesn't covet the draft.

are you kidding? he traded a 5th in a weak draft for 2 7ths in this good draft to get guys he didnt want to risk not getting in UDFA, and he doesnt covet the draft?

come on, use some sense.
